The design winners!

Hello friends! I hope you are all hanging in there Ok. Here in Boston, MA and I imagine from wherever you are reading this from, you are stuck in at home. I am trying my best to navigate this new world with a smile and whew am I clinging to my knitting right now more than ever! With that in mind, I'm so excited to share the spring knitalong design winners with you today. Our knitalong is slated to go on as planned and now more than ever feels like the right time to come together and knit in community - virtually. So without further ado - here are the winners AND the BONUS patterns you'll get when you sign up. Next week I'll kick off my intro video series where you'll get to learn more about our KALs and what sets this one apart....it's a lot! I'd love to hear what style you plan on making in the comments below and of course if you have any Qs! Keep in mind that all you really need to know to join in is the knit and purl stitches. We will teach you the rest in our online classes that are yours forever!

Style #1 ~ Kaleidoscope Sweater (with the most votes!)

This style is ideal for beginners and really ALL about the yarn! We are offering a few variations - short sleeve and long sleeve as well as with a flared body or straight body in the pattern. All of our knitalong sweater patterns will come in a large size range too! You'll learn short row shaping, striping, magic loop, the German cast on and other fun techniques! This is knit from the top down in the round, making it very easy to customize as well!

#2 ~ The Spring Fling Sweater and Cardi

This style comes in two options - sweater and cardigan! Both patterns will have the option to knit a short sleeve or a 3/4 length flared sleeve, as shown below. Ideal for beginners - you'll learn lace, short row shaping, striping, magic loop and other fun techniques! This is knit from the top down.

#3 ~ The Sunburst Pillow

Woo hoo - FINALLY we are knitting a home project for the knitalong!!! This baby came in fourth in the vote and just made it in. So excited. It comes in one size. Here you'll learn the circular cast on as well as a bunch of other new techniques!

#4 ~ The Pixelated Cardi (again!)

We are re-running the Pixelated Cardi again! I'm thrilled to offer this one more time as a knitalong because we have just had so many inquiries about! SO the Pixelated Cardi is back and if you haven't knit this with us yet, I so hope that you will! This style is ideal for beginner knittings wanting to tackle colorwork for the first time!
