All returns requested within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund on the original payment method, and all requests after 30 days are eligible for store credit only. Please make sure the product you’re returning is unused, unwound and in the original packaging, we do not accept returns on wound, unlabeled yarn.
To return an item please visit https://knit-collage.returnly.com and complete the return request form. You’ll need your order number or the email address that you used to place your order. Once we receive your item, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. If you need any further assistance, please contact email@example.com

2. Please make sure the product you’re returning is unused, unwound and in the original packaging.
3. Please include a note in your package and let us know if your order is a return or an exchange. If it is an exchange, please specify what you are exchanging your item for.
4. Affix the prepaid return label to the original packaging and drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office. You can also visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pick-up.
5. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
6. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. Our usual timeline for processing returns is between 7-10 days from when they arrive at the warehouse.
7. Final Sale items may not be returned.

For international returns and exchanges, return shipping and associated duties and/or taxes must be paid by the customer.
