Waterfall Yarn

$40.00

Waterfall is a hand dyed, viscose ribbon yarn that almost looks like a watercolor painting caught on yarn. It's fluid, drippy and fantastic for all of your warm weather making! It will work interchangeably with patterns that call for our Wildflower yarn. Anywhere you see Wildflower listed, feel free to sub in this yarn.

To learn more about the women who spin our yarns, visit our about us page. By supporting our business, you support the work of the Indian women who spin our yarns as well as our women-run, US based small business!

Length: Approx. 60 yards

Width: 5/8"

Content: 100% Viscose

Yarn Weight: 70g

Gauge: About 2 stitches per inch

Suggested needle size: US 11 - 35 or 8mm - 19mm

Washing instructions: dry clean or spot clean gently

Please note, the dyes used to create this yarn may crock, or run, when wet. This is inherent in the nature of this yarn and happens because of the handmade techniques and processes used to create it.

We recommend light steam blocking, and spot cleaning. When a full cleaning is needed, we recommend dry cleaning.

Where anything feels possible

Meet the Spinners

Over the course of the last 13 years, we've created our own little cottage industry within the Indian economy where 16 Indian women create our yarns! There’s just so much that goes into each and every skein and none of it would be possible without this team, right here, making it all happen. One of my favorite things about being there is that anything feels possible. Read more on the blog: India Team + Trip Recap.
