Part time help needed!

Part time help needed!

Hi there!  Here at Knit Collage we are looking for a part time person to help out with customer service and social media. We expect the hours to be 5-10 per week with the potential to take on a greater role in the fall of 2019.

In the document below, you’ll see the duties that come along with the role. What’s really important to me is that the person have a kind, energetic and open attitude and be able to write fantastic emails. Emails should be approached in a friendly, helpful way and of course with the feeling that we adore our customers and want them to be happy and successful in whatever project they are making. We’re looking for someone who’s happy with some of the more tedious tasks, like keeping spreadsheets up to date. A knowledge in excel is necesary. If you’re a knitter who’s familiar with Ravelry, that is a bonus! Please email me your resume at amy@knitcollage.com with a little bit about why you think it would be a good fit. I plan to review them over as I travel to India next week and the hope is that the new person would start at the end of Feb or beginning of March. This is a paid position but very flexible and we'll share details about that with applicants.
