In this final video, I go into more detail about why I care so much about knitting and crochet, especially in community, and how it has the potential to change us all for the better. I touch on the stresses we face day to day and how knitting (or crocheting!) helps us cope a little bit better with all of it! I also share the incredible work of past knitalong and challenge participants and highlight some of their experiences.
