Today's episode was such a good one! I have Andrea Mowry of all the knitting fame here on the show. She left me feeling so inspired by the life that she and her family have crafted just as they want it. I loved getting to know Andrea on a deeper level from what I see on social media and I know you will too!

This was a fun one to record because I felt like from the second I hit play, we just got into it. It got deep quickly even though this was the first time I've even spoken to her. There were 2 powerful themes that ran through this interview and left me even more in awe of Andrea than I was when I went into our call. The first is this idea of gratitude. You can almost feel how grateful she is for all the success she’s had in her life. It's palpable and contagious. She reminded me to be grateful for where I am, maybe not right where I want to be but on the way and so many good things are right here, right now. The best part is that I have the opportunity to keep working and crafting my life to be what I want it to be, just like Andrea. What an amazing example she sets! I am going to try to remember her gratefulness and example on tough days.

The second theme that we came back to a few times was the idea that it takes time to follow your heart and find your true voice. When you find that and start listening to it, it’s even harder to put it out there in the world but you have to because that’s where the opportunity is. You can’t build or create anything unless it resonates with you and comes from a place of love within you. Then you believe in it and it shows in everything you put out there. Such a great message and such a wonderful conversation. I just adore Andrea! To find out more about her, visit her website here and instagram page here. Below, a few of my favorite pics of her and her adorable fam.

Thank you so much for tuning in! I'd love to hear what you think of the show - any comments and reviews are so appreciated! I have another amazing guest coming at you next week that I can't wait to share. XOXO Amy
