Episode 119: Tara Morris

Today on the show I have Tara Morris. Especially now, I am so excited for you to hear this episode. Tara is a yoga teacher, photographer and world traveler. I am in awe of the way she’s woven all of the things she loves into her life and career. She tell us how she came to photography and yoga and why yoga is so important to her. She helps give us perspective on how to get through this crazy time we’re living in with the corona scare in full force. Tara is MY yoga teacher and I am incredibly grateful for her and for her just being open to coming on the show. I can't wait for you to hear from her - let's dive in!

Tara has awesome classes available on her site to take anytime, anywhere. I encourage you to check those out as well as her photography and instagram at the links below. It's hard to understate how much I love what she does and the positive impact it's had for me!
