Welcome to the Fall 2025 Knitalong! Our knitalongs are a wonderful way to learn and grow in new ways. We accomplish this through in depth video classes that match the exact pattern you're working on, around the clock support from our expert coaches and accountability and connection from other creativity loving makers. It's about learning new things, diving deep into our most creative selves and of course, having a lot of fun along the way too!

The Fall 2025 knitalong will be hosted entirely on our app, which means everything is available in one, easy to navigate space. If you have yarn or want to source yarn locally, you can join the knitalong with the virtual experience here

Watch the videos below to learn what sets them apart in detail.

About the Pattern:

The Willow Cardi is a textured, eye-catching cardigan that is worked flat in one piece, horizontally across the body, beginning with the right cuff and ending with the left cuff. It is worked entirely in a feather and fan lace pattern, changing colors/yarns, and creating wavy stripes. The sleeves and sides are seamed together to form the body and both a bottom hem and an applied front neckline edging complete it. This is a wonderful design for all levels of knitters, and a perfect piece for beginner lace knitters to shine.

Here's what you can expect in our knitalong:

~ Exclusive - These patterns will be exclusive to KAL participants for about 6 to 12 months. You will have access to all 8 KAL patterns and video tutorials through our Knit Collage app.

~ Round the clock help - Myself and the Knit Collage team are here to help you make your project a total success! Join Zoom sessions with our teachers and chat with everyone in the community via the Community section in our app.

~  Video tutorials for our Knitting 101 course. If you're newer to knitting, these will be super helpful!

~ Mindfulness workshops ~ this season we will have a couple of dedicated zooms that will tap into the idea of waking up your creative, inner artist as well as relaxation through a simple restorative yoga class designed for everyone.

Kits will be available for one week only. You'll be able to purchase them from October 15-October 22, 2025. After that, the patterns will not be available for another 6 to 12 months

What comes in your kit:

* The yarn needed to complete this project, including 2-3 skeins of Serenity, and 6-11 skeins of Spun Cloud Light (required yarn amount varies upon size you purchase). When looking at combo photos, the vertical skein of Spun Cloud Light is the cuff/edging. Please note any modifications to size or length may require additional yarn.

* Thoughtful and fun packaging!

* Knitalong Guide with the pattern and all the info and resources you'll need to be successful with your project. You will receive the Welcome Guide and KAL Schedule as a PDF download within the app. The patterns for the KAL designs and greatest hits will available and accessible on November 2nd, our official cast on day, not at the time of purchase.

* Muslin pouch, tapestry needle, 6 Cocoknits stitch markers, a knitter's motto iridescent sticker, a tape measure and a pretty embellished ribbon from my India travels tying it all together.

What's not included:

*  Needles - if you'd like these added to your kit, click here to see them.

* 4-5 Buttons (optional) - The Electric Violet version uses 4 Handspun Hope cow horn buttons in Misto found on our website here

Where anything feels possible

Meet the Spinners

Over the course of the last 13 years, we've created our own little cottage industry within the Indian economy where 16 Indian women create our yarns! There’s just so much that goes into each and every skein and none of it would be possible without this team, right here, making it all happen. One of my favorite things about being there is that anything feels possible. Read more on the blog: India Team + Trip Recap.
