Patty's Scarf Pattern
$0.00
Patty's Scarf pattern all began with my dear friend Liz about a year ago. Her grandmother, an avid knitter, had recently passed away. Liz discovered an unfinished scarf of her grandmother’s and had a mission to finish it. The pattern and yarn were all tidy within a project bag. That’s when she came to me. Liz is a beginner knitter and didn’t have experience reading a pattern, so I helped her navigate it and taught her the stitches she didn’t know. She completed the scarf right before the holidays and gifted it to her dad. It ended up being a super special gift for him.
I couldn’t get the simple bias stitch pattern out of my head. I knew I wanted to create our own Knit Collage version. So here it finally is. It would work beautifully with our Mini Skein Sampler Kits, or any and all yarns you get gauge with! The yarns and colors, and their placement, are completely your choice! Knit each mini skein until it’s done completely and then move on to the next one, or change more often. Play with a gradient, or mix it up any way you like. Let your creativity run wild with this simple yet special pattern.

Where anything feels possible
Meet the Spinners
Over the course of the last 13 years, we've created our own little cottage industry within the Indian economy where 16 Indian women create our yarns! There’s just so much that goes into each and every skein and none of it would be possible without this team, right here, making it all happen. One of my favorite things about being there is that anything feels possible. Read more on the blog: India Team + Trip Recap.
