Embrace the handmade look and inner beauty of stranded colorwork! The Inner Beauty Cardi combines texture and color mixing in a unique way. It is worked from the top down using stranded colorwork but the floats are the star of the show and face outwards onto the right side of your cardi. From there you knit your body and sleeves in a fun, bubble stitch pattern. An oversized shawl collar completes this cardigan for ultimate coziness. You can choose to work the colorwork in a gradient pattern or mix up all the colors. Have fun letting your inner beauty shine!

Needle Size:
Size US 13 (9 mm) 32-40” / 80-100 cm circular needles for ribbing
Size US 15 (10 mm) 32-40” / 80-100 cm circular needles Bubble stitch
Size US 17 (12 mm) 32-40” / 80-100 cm circular needles for stranded colorwork
Adjust needle sizes as necessary to match gauge.

Fit Note:
Recommended to be worn with 1-4” / 2.5-10 cm of positive ease at the chest, depending on your preferred fit. Sample is shown in a Size 2 on a 34” / 85 cm chest with 3.5” / 8.75 cm of positive ease.

8 sts and 8.75 rows = 4” / 10 cm in stranded colorwork worked flat using Needle C, steam blocked
8 sts and 17 rows/rounds = 4” / 10 cm in Bubble stitch worked both flat and in the round using Spun Cloud and Needle B, steam blocked
