Sundance Sweater Pattern

Materials:

Main Color (MC): 2 (2, 2, 3, 3) [3, 4, 4, 5] skein(s) Spun Cloud (100% wool; approx. 100 yds (92 m) / 200 g)

Contrast Colors (CC):CC1: 1 (1, 2, 2, 2) [3, 3, 3, 4] skein(s) Cast Away (100%wool or 99% wool / 1% poly (for the sparkly fibers); approx. 68-70 yds (63-64 m) / 100 g)

CC2: 2 (2, 2, 2, 2) [2, 3, 3, 3] skein(s) Daisy Chain (a mix of mostly wool, a little mohair, and 1% sparkling Angelina fibers-each colorway is slightly different; approx. 60 yds (55 m) / 100 g)

CC3: 2 (2, 2, 2, 2) [3, 3, 3, 3] skein(s) Wildflower (100%cotton; approx. 60 yds (55 m) / 70 g)

CC4: 1 (2, 2, 2, 2) [2, 3, 3, 3] skein(s) Dreamland (a mix of mostly wool, a little mohair, and 1% sparkling Angelina fibers-each colorway is slightly different; approx. 35-40 yds (32-37 m) / 125 g)

Needle Size:

Size US 17 (12 mm) 20-32” / 50-80 cm circular needles or size needed to obtain gauge

Size N / P / US 15 (10mm) crochet hook (or 2mm smaller than needles)

Gauge:

8 sts and 12 rows = 4” / 10 cm in garter stitch worked flat on knitting needles, in MC.

Note: Adjust needle size as needed to achieve gauge. Then use crochet hook approximately 2mm smaller than knitting needles.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) [6, 7, 8, 9]

Finished Measurements:

Fit Note: 

Recommended to be worn with 4-8” / 10-20 cm of positive ease at the chest, depending on your preferred fit. Orchid sample is shown in size 2 on a 34” / 85 cm chest with 6.25” / 15.5 cm of positive ease. Evergreen & True Olive sample is shown in size 5 on a 38” / 95 cm chest with 17” / 42.5 cm of positive ease. Note: This sample is shown with more than the recommended amount of ease, for an oversized fit.
