Sleeves and a hood are picked up and worked flat, finishing with a ribbed collar. This cardigan works up fast and is a joy to make!

8 sts and 7.25 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Zig-Zag pattern worked flat on larger needles with Spun Cloud yarn, taken after blocking (See Pattern Notes for making gauge swatch.)
