The chest circumference effortlessly stretches to 36 (40.5, 44, 48.5, 52)[56.5, 60, 64.5, 68]” / 91.5 (103, 112, 123, 132)[143.5, 152.5, 164, 172.5] cm when worn 

Fit Note: 

Recommended to be worn with 0-5” / 0-12.5 cm of negative ease, based on unstretched finished chest circumference. Sample is shown in a size 1 with 5” / 12.5 cm of negative ease.

Because this is a viscose ribbon yarn, it behaves differently than a typical yarn. The fabric is very loose, stretchy and drapey. It feels bigger when worn than what the measurements suggest. Making and blocking a gauge swatch to see how the fabric behaves is highly recommended.
