Undulate Throw Pattern

posted by: Amy Small in free patterns, home patterns, sister yarn

Brace yourself for a new beautiful home decor pattern! Emily, owner of the e-shop Jones & Vandermeer came up with the most gorgeous blanket pattern called the Undulate Throw Pattern, using our Sister yarn.  She knit this up with 5 skeins of Sister in Oatmeal Heather on super chunky size 19 needles.  I love the natural lumpy bumpy texture of the yarn in the stitch of the pattern. She has blogged the pattern, so we can all knit it! Looks like I've got my next pattern all picked out. More details on this pattern right here.

Loop of London's Wildflower Headband Pattern

posted by: Amy Small in free patterns, headband patterns, wildflower

It's no secret that the knitting shop Loop, holds a special place in my heart. Loop was the first store to ever order our yarns (yeah, like EVER!) and I heart the shop's owner Susan big time.  Loop recently started selling our new Wildflower yarn and came up with a perfect little summer headband pattern in it. Of course, I adore and can't wait to cast on! Did I also mention that the pattern is free?! BONUS!  Head on over to their blog to check out the pattern and of course, pick up your own skein of this yarn right here. Pics below are all by Loop.

Crochet Market Bag

posted by: Amy Small in bag patterns, free patterns, maharani silk

As we head into warmer weather, I'm always on the lookout for new crafting inspiration.  On pinterest, I came across this adorable crochet market bag, which is just about the cutest thing ever!  Of course, we had to make one up in our yarn.  We picked our Maharani Silk which is has the littlest bit of sparkle in it.  The best part is that this pattern is free on ravelry (available here) and it only calls for 1 skein of our yarn! Happy crocheting!

Pic above is from the crochet blog All About Ami. The original inspiration!

Our version in Maharani Silk, colorway Witching Hour.

Stitch detail.
