The Stripe Story Scarf Pattern

posted by: Amy Small in cowl & scarf patterns, sister yarn, wildflower

Fall is in the air and I've been so busy with oh so many things. Last weekend I travelled to gorgeous Squam Lake in New Hampshire for the Squam Art Fair which was wonderful. I got to meet so many wonderful fiber folk that I've always admired from afar! Along with traveling, I've been getting ready for our big fall photoshoot and shipping orders out to stores. It's been a crazy few weeks since labor day!

Today, I'm thrilled to release a new pattern - an update to the Stripe Story Cowl pattern I love so much. In our Stripe Story Scarf, wooly Sister yarn and our cotton Wildflower yarn are knit together, creating a fluffy and voluminous maxi scarf. The two yarns are alternated throughout your knitting to make a stunning vertical stripe pattern. This knitting stitch looks all sorts of fancy but in reality is a cinch to knit. The tassels make this scarf a total statement piece too! I don't know about you but I am more than ready to start cozying up in giant maxi scarves again. Snag your copy of the pattern right here

Adorn yourself in tassels and pompoms in our favorite Fishnet Bandana cowl pattern. This design is open, drapey and feather light to wear, making it the perfect outfit topper for warmer days. You'll need 2 skeins of either our Wildflower or Wildflower Drifter yarn. Pattern details right here.
