Joie Brioche Hat

Joie Brioche Hat

Chances are you've seen the brioche stitch around, right? It always struck me as very, very scary and hard to knit. In truth, it's really not so tough at all. Today, we welcome our second brioche pattern into the Knit Collage pattern library. It's a sister pattern to the Joie Brioche Scarf. The stitch and yarns are exactly the same but the shape is a simple beanie. It's a great project for dipping your toes into brioche in a simple, easy way. Follow along on my youtube channel with a simple how to video and I'll help you master this stitch and tackle the pattern. We knit our sample in contrasting Spun Cloud Yarn colors - Fog Heather & French Vanilla. Our Sister yarn will also work equally well. Pattern details and photos below!
