Thank you everyone for the comments on the last blog post! I'm so happy to see some familiar names and also a few new people up for joining in our fall knitalong. Before the kits go live, I wanted to share this short video explaining each style in more depth. I take you through the yarn and what makes it so darn special. I also talk about what you can expect in each kit and what technical skills you'll learn. It's jam packed with knowledge! Let me know which style you're interested in, in the comments below. The kits will also include a little pouch with a Knit Collage tape measure, darning needle and stitch markers if your pattern calls for them. In the next video, coming Tuesday, I'll share more about the charity and sign up details and kit pricing. The needles will be available separately too. The kits go live on Oct 11th at 8am.

The Sunwoven Sweater knit with Spun Cloud French Vanilla and the Mauve Mini skein Sampler Kit. This is a style I designed the pattern for in collaboration with Erin Barrett of Sunwoven Stuido. She is AMAZING - be sure to check out her work here! It is very easy to knit, the striping is what makes this style more complicated.

Super easy fit, the fun here is mixing in all of those yarns together! I love how this style feels like an easy where everywhere sweater but is also a complete wow piece.

The Cozy Thoughts Colorwork Sweater knit in our Sister yarn and designed by myself and our tech editor Rita Greenfeder. This style is a great idea for someone wanting to try colorwork for the first time. The knitting is straight forward! I'm excited to share that my friend Margaux Hufnagel will be helping me to teach these tutorial videos as well. Find out more about her here, or listen to the podcast she did with me here.

The Bonfire Crescent Shawl knit with Spun Cloud and a Mini Skein Sampler Kit by Annie Lupton of Boho Chic Fiber Co. I'm thrilled to be collaborating with her on a few patterns! I just love everything about this shawl, the truly curved crescent shape and picot edge detail. I can see myself wearing it with all the things. This is the easiest style and shortest to knit of all the KAL options.

And last but not least, the Snowfall Bobble Cardi, also designed by Annie Lupton of Boho Chic Fiber Co. This sweater is knit all in one piece- ah the joys of no seaming! You'll just seam your top shoulder seams. I am obsessed with this stitch and it will be a lot of fun to teach it! One thing to note, you'll have the option to knit the sleeves in stockinette OR the bobble stitch. This sweater is knit in our Spun Cloud yarn.

Ok that is is for today! Thank you so much for tuning in. I can't wait to kick the fun off!
