Ever since I returned back from California last week, it's been super crazy around here. Our next tradeshow is in exactly one month and I have so much to do! So in lieu of a full blog post, I though I'd share one of the sweaters I'm working on for our first finished collection of accessories & sweaters. Of course, I love it! I think we should probably come up with a pattern for this pretty sweater too, but would love to hear what you think. The fit is oversized and boxy with a wide shawl collar, perfect for this freezing weather that's hit the northeast right now. It's knit up in a few different colors of our Sister yarn and was made by the ladies who spin our yarn in India. Let me know what you think!
Our Christmas Stocking Pattern
It's not too late to knit up one of our stockings in time for Christmas. This stocking is definitely of my favorite patterns! This stocking knits up on size 15 needles with either our Gypsy Garden, Rolling Stone or Sister yarn. With this chunky yarn and large needles, this project and will only take a few hours to complete. It's the perfect knit for yourself or as a gift for a someone special. The pattern is available here.
Eskimo Kiss Hooded Cocoon by Tricky Knits
It's no secret that I heart Tricky Knits, big time! Not only is she a wonderful friend, but she also comes up with the most jaw-dropping adorable baby knits. Â She's updated one of her popular patterns, The Eskimo Kiss Hooded Cocoon, so that now it knits up in our Sister yarn. This cocoon is perfect for wrapping up your newborn baby in this Christmas and snapping up some pics! I love the stocking shape and Christmas-y colors. Â If you're interested in knitting this, she offers the pattern (available here) or the pattern and yarn as a kit here.Â
