Shipping is through UPS ground for orders within the US and through the US Post for all international orders. All shipping charges are covered by the retailer.
CREDITS & PAYMENTS
First time orders must be paid in full before the yarn will ship. After credit has been established, a net 30 day account is welcome and workable. Any account that pays late will then be put back on pre-paid only.
We guarantee that our yarn and trims are free from any defects. However because the yarn is handspun and no 2 yarns are exactly the same, some color and texture variance between skeins is to be expected. If for some odd and unlikely reason you find a defect in your yarn, please contact us immediately. We are happy to process your return with a copy of the original receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. If we do accept your return, you will have to cover the shipping charges back to us.
