Holiday Stocking Free Pattern

As some of you know, I have been meaning to publish this stocking pattern for a very long time! Finally thanks to our awesome pattern designer, Danielle Shields, here it is, right in time for the holidays.  The stocking featured here uses 2 skeins of either Gyspy Garden or Rolling Stone yarn.  This sample is knit using the colorway Stardust Garland (available here) but all of the colors would look excellent.  It has the right side out but the stocking also looks super cute with a little more texture on the wrong side (or reverse stockinette side) out.  We will have pics of that stocking soon.  I embroidered this sample with extra yarn I had lying around the apartment.  Feel free to personalize this as you like! Pattern below pics.

I used neon yellow embroidery floss from Michael's to stitch in Jessie's name...I just can't resist neon!

Graft remaining stitches using kitchner stitch. Adorn with pom poms, tassles or embroidery as you like. Now sit in front of your mantle with eggnog to celebrate your goodwork!

Below is a pic of a stocking we knit up in Rolling Stone Shooting Star and kept the reverse

stockinette side out. Also so cute!
